SSP Scholarship Application submission in Students login

Application submission procedure in state scholarship portal

Students are facing difficulties in SSP application submission in student login of state scholarship portal. The application submission in the student login has seven steps and it is lengthy process. I will explain the entire process in detail.

Before submitting the application in the state scholarship portal student login must be ready with following details

1. Get their documents e attested by the e attestation officers and the keep correct document id.
2. Students should create their account in state scholarship portal.
3. Students should keep ready their RD numbers of Income and Caste certificate.

Procedure

Stage 01: Visit the state scholarship portal clicking on the Submit the Application  Button
Stage 02: Click on the student login
Stage 03: Enter the User Id & Password and Click on Login.
Stage 04: Fill the details correctly as explained bellow.
Step 01:

• Select Course
• Select Year of Study
• Select Fresh/Renewal
• Enter previous scholarship registration number
• Select 10^th board type
• Enter SSLC register number
• Click on “Get Data”
• Click on “Save & Submit”

Step 02:

• Chose permanent address Rural/Urban
• Enter your address
• Enter distance to your college
• Select Domicile Yes/No

Step 03:

• Does the student orphan Yes/No
• Enter Name & Aadhaar number of father
• Enter Name & Aadhaar number of mother
• Click on “Save & Proceed”

Step 04:

• Choose Religion
• Choose Category
• Enter Caste certificate RD number
• Enter income certificate RD number
• Click on “Check” Button
• Click on “Save & Proceed”

Step 05:

• Enter study certificate Document id
• Click on “Get Data”
• Enter Marks card Document id
• Click on “Get Data”

Step 06:

• Whether fees paid or not? Yes/No
• Enter your Fees receipt e attestation id
• Click on “Get Data”
• Click “Save”

Step 07:

• Are you in hostel Yes/No
• Enter hostel admission certificate Document id
• Click on “Save & Proceed”

Final Step:

• Read & Click on the declaration
• Click on “Final Submit”

Stage 05:

• Click on “Print Acknowledgement Tab”
• Print the Acknowledgement copy
• Logout from the student Login

After final submission of the application download fill the Aadhaar consent form and submit it to the College.
